What we keep, and why.
Last updated 17 October 2026 / pre-launch version
Wristly is a product in development. Right now the only thing we collect is what you give us on this site. This page says exactly what that is. When the device and app exist, this page will be rewritten before the first unit ships, and everyone on the list will be told.
Who we are
Wristly is operated from Estonia. You can reach us at hello@wristly.me.
What we collect on this site
- Your email address, when you join the pre-order list, together with the time you joined and the country your connection came from.
- Anonymous usage counts: which buttons were pressed, how far people scrolled the product story, which questions were opened. These counts never contain your email address or any other identifier.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not fingerprint your browser, and we do not load third-party trackers on this page.
Why we collect it
To hold your place and price on the pre-order list, to email you when there is real progress to share and when units are ready, and to understand whether the page explains the product well. That is all.
Who sees it
The list lives in a database at Cloudflare, in Europe. Emails are sent through Resend. Neither of them uses your address for anything else. We do not sell, rent or share the list with anyone.
How long we keep it
Until you leave the list, or until launch plus one year if we never ship. Usage counts are deleted after thirteen months.
Your choices
- Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe. That removes you from the list.
- Write to hello@wristly.me to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within thirty days, usually much sooner.
- You have the rights the GDPR gives you, including the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
Health data
The site collects no health data. When the Wristly app exists, your readings will be handled under a separate, explicit consent, and this page will say where they are stored and for how long before anyone is asked to agree to it.
